This is Daniel, he is a passionate climber and he’s now in the Austrias region, ready to climb the peaks of the Picos de Europa National Park. After this adventure, Daniel is planning to relax at the sandy beaches of Costa Verde and visit the city of Gijón.

At the southwest of the country, there are the Balearic Islands, where Francisco, an office worker is taking a well-deserved vacation. The Balearic Islands consist of the holiday hot spots of MajorcaMenorca, and Ibiza plus Formentera where visitors can sit down, relax, and enjoy a true paradise.

Now, this is Martina, she works in the city of Bilbao in the Basque Country region. The Basque Country is a little different from other Spain regions, since it’s fiercely independent, with its own flag and version of the Spanish language. When she’s not working, Martina loves to travel to Costa Vasca to have a relaxing day at the beach.

And if we travel very, very far from Spain, we’ll get to other islands perfect for holidays, The Canary Islands. And here is José who recently took a vacation to come and visit these 13 volcanic islands.

This is Paula, she lives in the Cantabria region and works driving a ferry that goes to the UK every day! Whenever she has a day off, Paula loves to relax at the beaches in Costa Cantabria or Costa Verde

This is Manuel, he recently opened his own vineyard in the Castilla La Mancha region. Every now and then likes to travel around the region, visiting the castles, the former Spanish capital of Toledo, the renaissance buildings, and churches.

Now, if we travel to the east of Spain, we will get to the Castilla Y Léon region which borders the country of Portugal. In Castilla Y León lives María, she is a science teacher at the famous University of Salamanca. When she and the students are on holiday, María likes to visit the mountains that surround this region!

And this is Eric, he is a landscape photographer that lives in the capital city Barcelona, in the Catalonia region. Eric loves to take photos of the beach and the famous architecture of the city. Situated on the northwest coast of Green Spain, just above Portugal is the Galicia region, Where Hugo lives. Hugo is a college student who spends most of his time in the beautiful city of La Coruña, famous for its Tower of Hercules lighthouse. Whenever Hugo is on a holiday, he likes to visit the lush landscapes with mountain ranges, rivers, and coastlines of Galicia.

This is Salma, she is the owner of one of the biggest wine companies in all of Spain, and of course, she has her wine yards in the La Rioja region. This single province region has more than 500 wineries and is internationally famous for the quality it produces.

In the capital city of Madrid, named after the region of the same name, lives Alejandro who owns a small restaurant in the heart of the city. Every time Alejandro takes a rest from his busy life, he likes to visit the stunning Sierra de Guadarrama Mountains, El Escorial, and riverside Alcala de Henares, a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

This is Diego, a YouTuber who makes videos about his crazy adventures on the outside, and currently, he’s recording a video about his adventure in the mountains of the Navarran Pyrenees in the Navarra region. Diego is also planning to make a video about the Running of Bulls which forms part of the Sanfermines festival which takes place in this region.

Valencia is the birthplace of the country’s national dish, paella, and coincidentally, that’s Valentina’s favorite dish to cook!
