3. Memberships & Billing

• Credit Plans. Credit-based memberships allow you to use monthly credits to add resources to your personal library. Items you add to your library remain available to you forever.
• Unlimited Plans. Unlimited memberships provide access to all eligible resources while your subscription remains active.
• Renewals. Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time in your account dashboard.
• Pricing & Taxes. Prices are shown in USD unless noted otherwise and may be subject to taxes where applicable.

5. License & Intellectual Property

All site content and resources are owned by Learning Tail or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and an active license, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post paid resources.

6. User Content

If you submit feedback or materials, you grant Learning Tail a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.
• Sharing paid resources publicly or with unauthorized parties.
